If you need to cancel an order, please contact us during our normal business hours as soon as possible, preferably by email to firstname.lastname@example.org for the fastest response.
If the order has not shipped, we will stop the order and cancel or refund any charges we have posted for the order. You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on any order that has been shipped prior to cancellation that is refused at time of delivery, or is shipped in good faith but returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You will receive your refund within 4 weeks of the receipt of your package by the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Refund processing time includes:
Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
Return processing time after the package is received (3 to 5 business days)
Bank processing time after receiving the refund request (5 to 10 business days)
We do not accept returns on used products
When a return is valid you are subject to a 30% restock fee
Original Shipping costs are not refunded

It is our goal to quickly respond to your return request and provide the best customer service available.
For Defective Products
When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For “Customer Remorse”
When you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item:
You must reach out via email to us to get a RMA#. Then once one is given to you we can either arrange shipping (at your cost) or you can arrange for LTL shipping to get the order back to us. If you decide to have us call the shipping company we will send you the Bill of Lading and then charge your credit card for the shipping charges. Then once everything has arrived and original order we will send the payment back to original card.
Subject to 30% restock fee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be placed back on to original source of payment.
